Avoid Skin Irritation - When removing an adhesive appliance or tape, push at the skin to break the adhesive
seal instead of pulling the tape or appliance away from the skin. Use a protective skin barrier to prepare the skin prior
to the application of any type of adhesive appliance or male external catheter. Be sure to thoroughly wash and dry the skin
prior to applying adhesives. Pat, do not rub the skin dry.
