Pictured is Tena Day Pad Pad and Pant System The pad and pant system is an absorbent disposable pad being used in a pant or brief recommended by the manufacturer of the pad.  Some pads have adhesive and can be used in any panty of brief.  Some pads do not have adhesive and should be used in the pant made by the same company as the pad. Some pads are very small and absorb approximately a cup more or less.  Some pads are very large and absorb as much or more than many diapers. Tena Pad and Pant Tena offers 2 types of pads. Those with adhesive for light to moderate protection and those without adhesive for moderate to extremely heavy protection.  There are 3 Tena pads without adhesive that are super absorbent and about 16" long and 10" wide at the top and tapered in the crotch area. They should be worn with the Tena washable mesh pants to hold them in place. Tena has 2 smaller pads with adhesive for light to moderate protectioin. These are the Tena Day Light Pad and the Tena for Men.   Dry Comfort Pad and Pant Dry Comfort is our economy line and has 2 types of pads. One with adhesive and 3 without adhesive.  The pads without adhesive are very absorbent and about 16" long and 10" wide at the top and tapered in the crotch area and should be worn with the washable mesh pants that hold them in place.  Dry Comfort has a smaller Day Light pad with adhesive for light to moderate protectioin.   Dignity Pad and Pant Dignity offers several different styles of reusable men's brief and lady's panties along with pads designed to fit into each different style of brief or panty.  Dignity offers a boxer short for men.
