SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within
the lower 48 US states only.
Most orders placed before
2:30 PM Eastern Time (Monday thru Friday except holidays) will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after
2:30 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Most orders will only be shipped
to a valid USA street delivery address via Fed Ex. HealthDri and Swim Diapers are shipped via USPS Priority mail
to a mailing address.
We have warehouses in California, Florida, Indiana,
Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina and Texas allowing most orders to be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
RETURNS
Unopened
items can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in the original packaging, have not been tried on, worn,
used, washed or exposed to odors such as cigarette smoke and perfumes. Partial cases may not be returned. If
you have an item to be returned please call Fisher Products between 10AM and 3PM Eastern Time Monday thru Friday at 1-866-804-4042
to obtain a Return Authorization number and return instructions. A Return Authorization number is valid for only 10
days. Items returned without a Return Authorization may not be correctly identified for credit. Credit will not
be issued if an item is returned unsuitable for resale. All returned items are subject to pass inspection. Any shipping
charges incurred for shipping product to the customer will will not be refunded. All credit card processing fees incurred
will be deducted from refund. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to return any product once
a return authorization is issued.
Once a Return Authorization is issued you will
be provided the address of the Return Center. Do not return items to the shipping warehouse as it will not be accepted.
All items should be returned at the customer's expense. To ensure proper credit the customer should return the items
with a shipping tracking number.
Orders returned after 30 days will be subject
to a 15% restocking fee.
Orders cannot be returned after 45 days from the purchase
date.
Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping
charges for shipping to the customer and back to the warehouse and any credit card processing fees incurred will be deducted
from any refund. It is not recommended to refuse a shipment.
